Just saw this poem. What do the last two lines mean, who are the men in white coat who take him away?

The author probably wants to convey death in the last two lines.. Will work till death do us apart

mmm, no, I’d say that he has been fired and those men came to take him away of the building – and that’s why he’s so happy about his job!
