Imran Khan is set to rock the box office for the second time this year with his next movie Kidnap . Only this time, he’s not the good boy Jai Singh Rathod that you got to see in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na . Imran takes on a completely different avatar. It’s a menacing role and if reports are to be believed he looks amazing.

The promos of Kidnap will be shown in theatres during the filming of Sing is Kinng this friday. In the movie, Imran Khan kidnaps Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Minissha Lamba . The trailer starts with Imran challenging Sanjay Dutt – "everything you do – eating, sleeping, walking, talking – will be decided by me." Sanjay Dutt retaliates asking Imran to go to hell. Sanjay then starts his mission to save his daughter.

The trailer’s supposed to be amazing and has a fresh look. Let’s see if the audience accepts Imran’s new avatar. Kidnap will be Sanjay Dutt’s first major release this year.

UPDATE 1: Friends, check out the KIDNAP trailer. Imran looks amazing and so does Sanjay Dutt. Imran’s got a tattoo on his neck. Minisha Lamba looks good too.

Update 2: During the shooting of kidnap in Mauritius, a scene required Minissha Lamba to take a dip in the sea. Minissha’s known for her love for water and was more than happy to shoot the water scenes. However, during one such scene Minissha was so involved with her adventure in the sea that she did not realize the water currents had pushed her almost 2 kilometers away from the shore!

It was the cameraman who realized that Minissha was nowhere in the frame. As soon as the news spread, there was panic within the crew. They frantically started searching for Minissha and some ten minutes later were able to spot the beauty. A speedboat was sent which got her back to the shore. Must say, Minissha’s a water baby for sure ;o)
